Thank you for shopping at Allied Plumbing Supply - your plumbing supply store for those hard to find parts.
Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded until you have received your shipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 10 days with the exceptions of ceramic stems, ceramic cartridges, tools, or items that have been used.
Shipping costs to return or exchange the product are the customer's responsibility.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Allied Plumbing Supply has a 10 day return / exchange policy on all products. All freight and a 20% handling charge are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted on ceramic stems, ceramic cartridges, tools, or on items that have been used. However, we will exchange your ceramic product. All returned items must be in new condition without wrench marks. After 10 days from the original purchase date all products are non-returnable. All returns prior to 10 days from the original purchase date must be approved by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting a RMA before returning your product. Customers are responsible for paying any and all return shipping.
Allied Plumbing Supply accepts no responsibility for parts installed by anyone. However, we do recommend that a professional plumber inspect and verify that all of the parts are the correct pieces for your plumbing before they are installed. When customers submit pictures and or descriptions of their parts for replacement we try our best to make sure they are the correct part for your application but we cannot guarantee the part is correct. Therefore, a licensed plumber is recommended to verify this before they are installed. All parts ordered by phone, internet, or in-store are subject to these terms and conditions.
